This chapter explains the error messages for this product.

14-1 Error messages on LiveShell Studio

  • RTMP authentication error occurred in channel #1/2/3. Please set your account for RTMP server.

    • There is an error in the RTMP authentication information you entered. Please check your input.

  • Streaming setting error occurred in channel #1/2/3. Please check the streaming setting.

    • There is an error in the streaming settings you entered. Please check the streaming destination settings you entered, such as the RTMP URL and stream key.

  • A communication error occurred on channel #1/2/3. Stream closed by server.

    • The connection between this product and the destination server has been disconnected due to some reason. Please check the status of the connected network, etc.

  • SD card write error occurred in channel #1/2/3. Please set a writable SD card.

  • No space on SD card/USB error occurred in channel #1/2/3. Please set SD card/USB that has free area.

    • There is not enough space on the SD card/USB Flash Drive. Delete files to free up space, or insert an SD card/USB Flash Drive with sufficient space.

  • No SD card/USB Flash Drive error occurred in channel #1/2/3. Please insert SD card/USB Flash Drive to record.

    • The SD card/USB drive is not recognized. Please insert/connect the SD card/USB drive to the main unit. If it is connected to the main unit, please check the connection status.

  • Unknown error occurred in channel #1/2/3.

    • Something is causing streaming or recording issues. Please check your settings and the status of your connected network.

  • Streaming operation error occurred in channel #1/2/3. Retry later.

    • Something is preventing the streaming operation from proceeding normally. Please try the streaming operation again. If the error persists, please check the settings and the status of the connected network.
